Dog Days
Jeff and I were suppose to go to dinner this afternoon in Hamilton. He was going to stop off there on his way to pick up his daughter as his mom had taken her yesterday to give Jeff and the ex a break. Unfortunately I awoke with a horrible sinus headache and text him to let him know at 1030am that I didn’t think I would be good to go. He hates when people back out of plans at the last moment so I needed to let him know asap. I took some Advil and went back to bed. I got back up at 230pm still with my left eye throbbing and called him to let him know that I couldn’t do dinner.
I laid down on the couch and then at 330pm decided that Bruiser and I needed to go to PetsMart as he needed some wet food. So we went there and then I decided to take him to a dog park (Totoredaca) for the first time. He loved it. People loved him because he is this little cute puppy. Everyone commented on his face and his ‘eyeliner’. He loved it and I had fun watching him getting used to having lots of dogs around. We were there for an hour and a half and will definitely be back again.
Chicago travel anyone? I saw a Property Virgin show on HGTV and it looks like a great place to take in the sights. Oh…and they have some pretty good dog parks too.
My sinus headache is back again…going to go pop some more Advil and call it a night.
